Return And Refund
RETURN
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. To return your product, please contact our customer service:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do send your purchase back to us before email us.
Online Return Policy Guidelines:

- Regarding the time of return, all products on this website, from the time they are delivered to customers, within 30 days, you have the right to apply for a replacement product or a refund.

If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. The order cannot be cancelled within 24 hours without any reasonable reason. Before deciding to cancel an order, please mail our customer service first.
Return Conditions:
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out.
- Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
- Return handling fee: The customer does not need to pay the return handling fee
Guidelines For Not Accepting Returns:
- 30 days after receiving the product.
- Goods with obvious signs of use;
- Any items that are not in their original state have been damaged or lost;
- Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and packaged intact.
CERTAIN SITUATIONS AND RETURN SHIPPING COST (IF APPLICABLE)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs 9.99$ (sometimes depends on your local shipping service) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
1、Not Happy with Your Order
If you are not happy about your purchase, 7 days from date of that you received the product in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear, you (buyer) will be the one who is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning item if not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and exchange is not due to our error.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUND POLICYIf you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.
Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
1、You Can Get A Full Refund
If the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional.
If you did not receive your product within 60 business days (North America) after the date that your order has been placed.

Refund will go back to your account in 7-15 business days.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
3、SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4、DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.
To complete your return please do the following:
- Re-pack the item with the labels and tags still attached;
- Send us an e-mailsupport@xsjcjgcb.com with your name, order number, the items you wish to return and the reasons;
- Drop off your package at your carrier. Provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Kindly allow between 3-6 business days for our after sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below:
- For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 3-6 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.

CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. You can cancel your order within 24 hours through our customer service email.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or call us if you have any questions.
